The cookbook is a collaborative effort between Gladstone Regional Council and Gladstone Region Neighbourhood Centre, proudly presented as part of Welcoming Week celebrations. This heartwarming collection of recipes showcases the diverse flavours of our community, brought to you by the generous contributions of local residents. Let’s celebrate our shared heritage and build stronger connections, one delicious dish at a time.
This recipe book is a culinary guide, celebrating the vibrant diversity of the Gladstone Region through recipes. Residents generously shared their treasured recipes to create the book. We hope that it will help residents from all backgrounds to feel welcomed and an important part of our community.
In Welcoming Week, we will release 100 copies free to the community, gift some to our local libraries and launch the digital version on our website. Keep an eye out to grab your copy!
