Use respectful language and inclusive practices.
Confront prejudice in jokes and references.
Participate in LGBTQ events and activities.

Take a leadership role in LGBTQ advocacy.
Actively proclaim your welcome through community outreach.
Put a rainbow on your exterior sign.
Celebrate important LGBTQ dates.
